Demo: breaking down a whole salmon. I’ll be showing you what to do with a whole fish, steaks, and filets.

Simple roasted salmon steaks with four herbs & garlic sautéed spinach

Pan seared salmon filet with cranberry miso & parsley oil

Grilled salmon loins on asparagus, roasted artichoke, and radicchio salad with lemon/balsamic vinaigrette

Space is limited to 10 guests at $60/person. Payment is required in advance to reserve your seat in the class
